摘要
国家"十三五"规划提出:"到2020年,‘数字中国’建设取得显著成效"。中国(重庆)自由贸易试验区于2017年3月15日获国务院正式批复同意设立,4月1日正式挂牌。本文分别从微观层面探究重庆自贸区模式下数字创新技术对各贸易环节信息流通加以覆盖,并统一在同一时间逻辑顺序下排列,建立以"区块链+加密数字可信凭证"的贸易支付新模式,最后对重庆自贸区全产业数字链等数字信息资源要素禀赋作为基本生产要素的新对外贸易支付发展新模式提出了合理化建议。
The 13 th Five-Year Plan put forward that"by 2020,the construction of digital China will achieve remarkable results".China(Chongqing)Free Trade Pilot Zone was officially approved by the State Council on March 15,2017 and formally listed on April 1.This paper explores the coverage of digital innovation technol-ogy in various trade links under the mode of Chongqing Free Trade Zone from the micro level,and unifies the arrangement in the same logical sequence at the same time.It establishes a new mode of trade payment based on"block chain+encrypted digital credentials".Finally,it concludes with digital letters such as the whole industry digital chain of Chongqing Free Trade Zone.As a basic factor of production,the endowment of inter-est resources is a new mode of development of foreign trade payment,and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
