高职学生社会情感能力的现状分析

Analysis of Current Situation of Students’Social Emotional Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges

社会情感能力对学生发展有着重要作用,也是学校高质量发展需要关注的内容。在整理分析相关文献后,从自我认知、自我管理、社会认知、人际关系技能以及负责任的决策五个方面调查分析高职学生的社会情感能力发展状况。结果表明,高职学生社会情感能力总体发展水平较高,但各维度发展不均衡。

Social emotional competence plays an important role in students’development and is also a concern for high-quality development of a college.After organizing and analyzing the relevant literature,this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of students’social emotional competence of higher vocational colleges from five aspects:self-awareness,self-management,social awareness,relationship skills,and responsible decision-making.The results indicate that the overall development level of social emotional competence among students of higher vocational colleges is relatively high,but the development of various dimensions is not balanced.
