静脉治疗专科小组在持续改进PICC护理质量中的应用效果

Application Effect of Intravenous Specialist Group in Continuous Improvement of PICC Quality of Care

目的:探究静脉治疗专科小组在持续改进经外周留置的中心静脉导管(PICC)护理质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2021年8月在河南科技大学第二附属医院进行PICC置管的350例患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各175例。对照组患者行常规置管及护理,观察组患者行基于静脉治疗专科小组的置管及护理,比较两组的一次成功穿刺率、导管留置时间、并发症发生率及护理质量。结果:观察组一次穿刺成功率及导管留置时间均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对PICC置管患者实施基于静脉治疗专科小组的干预模式,能提高置管质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of intravenous therapy specialist group in continuous improvement of peripherally indent central catheter(PICC)quality of care.Methods A total of 350 patients undergoing PICC catheterization in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2018 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 175 patients in each group.The control group received routine catheterization and nursing,and the observation group received catheterization and nursing based on intravenous therapy specialist group.The successful puncture rate,catheter indwelling time,complication rate and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of puncture and catheter indplacement time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode based on intravenous specialist group can improve the quality of catheterization and reduce the incidence of complications for patients with PICC catheterization.
