CT与MRI在诊断中枢神经系统感染中的价值比较

摘要 目的:探讨CT与MRI在中枢神经系统感染患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取阳春市人民医院2017年2月至2019年2月期间所收治的40例中枢神经系统感染患者作为观察组,随后选取同期40例健康体检人群作为对照组;对两组患者均实施CT与MRI检查,比较两组的诊断结果,再分析观察组患者的诊断结果。结果:观察组患者在MRI检查与CT检查中异常率均高于对照组,且观察组患者MRI检测结果中患者脑囊虫、病毒性脑炎、化脓性脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎以及新型隐球酵母菌脑膜炎的检出率均高于CT检查结果,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于CT检查,MRI在中枢神经系统感染患者的诊断中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效提高诊断的准确率。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in patients with central nervous system infection.Methods 40 patients with central nervous system infection admitted to yangchun city People’s Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group,and then 40 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of patients were examined by CT and MRI,the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared,and then the diagnostic results of the observation group were analyzed.Results The abnormal rates of MRI and CT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the detection rates of cerebral cysticercosis,viral encephalitis,suppurative meningitis,tuberculous meningitis and cryptococcus neoformans meningitis in the MRI test results of the observation group were higher than those in the CT test results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT examination,MRI has higher application value in the diagnosis of patients with central nervous system infection,which can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
