摘要
针对印刷废水化学组分复杂、油墨悬浮物质含量高等特点,本研究提出基于"混凝沉淀+膜生物反应器(MBR)生物氧化"组合工艺的印刷废水处理方法。首先通过混凝剂和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)助凝剂对印刷废水进行絮凝沉淀预处理,利用PAM支链结构实现废水中细小颗粒快速凝聚沉降;然后,取混凝沉淀后上清液与生活废水按一定比例混合后加入到MBR生物氧化反应器中,通过调节生物氧化反应工艺参数,实现印刷废水和生活废水综合处理。实验结果表明,经过"混凝沉淀+MBR生物氧化"组合工艺处理后的废水经检测达标可直接排放,还可以继续循环使用到印刷生产中,实现水资源的重复循环利用。
In this study,aimed at the complex chemical composition of printing wastewater and the high content of ink suspended matter,the printing wastewater treatment method was proposed based on the combined process of"coagulation precipitation+Membrane Bio-Reactor(MBR)biological oxidation".Firstly,the printing wastewater was pretreatment through coagulant and PAM flocculant,and the rapid agglomeration and settlement of fine particles was realized in printing wastewater by PAM branch structure.After coagulation and precipitation,the mixed wastewater of supernatant and domestic wastewater in proportion was added to the MBR bioreactor.Finally,by adjusting the technological parameters of biological oxidation reaction,the integrated treatment of printing wastewater and domestic wastewater was realized.The experimental result showed that the wastewater treated by the combined process of"coagulation precipitation+MBR biological oxidation"reach the standard and can be discharged directly.At the same time,the part of the wastewater treated by the system can be recycled into the printing production to realize the reuse of water resources.
