生物基涂覆牛皮纸的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以生物基材料壳聚糖和大米淀粉为涂层材料,经超声处理后得到壳聚糖-大米淀粉溶液,对牛皮纸进行涂覆,并对壳聚糖-大米淀粉溶液浊度及牛皮纸的含水率、吸水性能、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、光泽度和表面形貌进行表征。结果表明,超声处理后的壳聚糖-大米淀粉溶液浊度降低;相比未涂覆的牛皮纸,直接涂覆牛皮纸的撕裂强度增加了93mN,而超声处理后涂覆牛皮纸的撕裂强度增加了138mN。超声处理后涂层使得牛皮纸表面微孔减少,阻水性能相比未作处理的牛皮纸提升了36.5%。 In this study,kraft paper was coated with chitosan and rice starch solution after ultrasonic treatment.The turbidity of chitosan and rice starch solution and the moisture content,water vapour permeability,tensile strength,tear strength,gloss and surface properties of coated kraft paper were measured.The research showed that the turbidity of chitosan and rice starch solution decreases after ultrasonic treatment.The tear strength of kraft paper coated with chitosan and rice starch solution increases by 93 mN,and the tear strength of kraft paper coated with chitosan and rice starch solution after ultrasonic treatment increases by 138 mN.The craft paper coated with ultrasonic-treated solution has smoother surface and fewer pores.Compared with untreated kraft paper,kraft paper coated with ultrasonic-treated solution has better water resistance which performance increases by 36.5%.
