生物打印复合水凝胶的制备及性能研究(英文)

摘要 透明质酸作为天然生物材料具有良好的生物相容性,被广泛用作骨组织修复材料。甲基纤维素(MC)是一种非离子型纤维素醚,可溶于多种甲基取代基。本研究制备了一种新型的复合水凝胶,并探讨其在组织工程中的应用潜力。在胶凝因子的交联作用下,通过改变其含量,制备了一种透明质酸基复合凝胶,并对凝胶的流变特性、表面扫描电子显微图像和印刷特性等进行了表征。结果表明,HA-MC复合水凝胶的胶凝时间短,并具有优异的机械性能以及与软骨组织相似的黏弹性,这意味着这种材料有利于细胞生长结构,具有良好的印刷性能。 As a kind of natural biomaterial,hyaluronic acid has good biocompatibility and is widely used as a bone tissue repair material.Methylcellulose(MC)is a nonionic cellulose ether that is water soluble in a range of methyl substitutions.In this study,a new type of composite hydrogel was prepared,and its potential application was explored in tissue engineering.A hyaluronic acid-based composite gel was prepared by changing the content of gelling factor.the rheological properties,scanning electron microscope image and printing characteristics of the gel were also characterized.the results showed that the HA-MC composite hydrogel has a short gelation time,excellent mechanical properties and viscoelasticity like cartilage tissue,which means this material is advantageous for cell growth structure and has good printing performance.
