喷墨打印用硅酸盐玻璃悬浮液的制备及性能研究

摘要 本研究以商用的硅酸盐玻璃粉末为原料,利用球磨法制备玻璃悬浮液,研究球磨过程中的球磨能量、分散剂种类和添加比例对悬浮液的ζ电位、pH值、黏度和沉降率的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸具有最好的分散效果,当分散剂的添加比例为3wt%,球磨能量为0.52kWh时,得到的悬浮液稳定性最好。喷印实验表明,在较大的滴速和喷出液滴直径范围内,可以得到良好的喷印效果。 A commercial glass silicate powder was used as the raw material for the preparation of silicate glass suspensions in this study.The effect of milling energy,type and rate of dispersant on the suspensions were investigated by zeta potential,p H value,viscosity and sedimentation tests.The ink was prepared by this optimized suspension.Then ink-jet printing tests was carried out to verify the printing effect.The results showed that polycarboxylate is the most efficient dispersant.When the dispersant rate is 3 wt%and milling energy is 0.52 kWh,the suspension has the best stability.the good ink-jet printing effect is got in a wide range of drop velocity and drop diameter without satellite drop.
