摘要
精密轴孔装配的自动化是现代工业的迫切需求,本研究对目前轴孔装配技术的研究现状进行了总结与分析。从轴孔自动装配系统的测量技术与寻孔策略、运动机构、装配问题、装配控制方法等五个方面系统阐述了轴孔装配技术现状,并分析了各类技术的优缺点以及适用范围。同时,阐述印刷机轴孔装配技术现状,对印刷机制造行业中轴孔装配作业的特殊性和存在的问题进行了研究,并进一步指出了印刷机装配技术的未来发展方向。
Precision pole-in-hole assembly is the urgent need in modern industry. In this paper, the present situation of polein-hole assembly technologies was summed up and analyzed. The present technologies was expounded systematically in five aspects: measurement method and hole-finding strategy, motion mechanism, assembly problem and assembly control method. Then the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and their application scopes were analyzed. After that, the particularity and existing problems of pole-in-hole assembly technologies in printing machine manufacturing industry were analyzed, and the present situation of assembly technology was introduced. On this basis, the future development trend of printing press assembly robot was prospected.
