Research Progress and Industrial Applications of Printed Electronics

本研究综述了印刷电子这一多学科交叉领域的研究进展和关键技术,分析讨论了国内外印刷电子关键技术中的印刷设备、可印刷电子材料和印刷工艺等方面的研究进展,并回顾了印刷电子在薄膜传感器、纸电池、智能标签、柔性显示等领域的应用,总结了印刷电子在高柔弹性、高灵敏度、高集成度、自供电和透明化等方面的未来发展方向。

In this study,the research progress and key technologies of printed electronics were reviewed.The specific requirement for printing equipment,functional materials and printing process of printed electronics were analyzed and discussed.Based on the recent development,printed electronics has commercial applications in flexible sensors,paper battery,flexible display and RFID.In the near future,printed electronics is developing towards high flexibility,high sensitivity,high integration,self-power supply and transparency,which will make a significant impact to electronics industry.
