摘要
本研究利用甲基纤维素的温敏性,用改性聚乙二醇与透明质酸、矿化胶原复合制备了一种新型温敏型复合凝胶材料。将改性聚乙二醇对透明质酸上的N-乙酰氨基进行化学修饰,并利用红外光谱对合成的改性聚乙二醇的结构成分进行分析,确认产物为PEG活性酯;再通过改变制备凝胶的成分及其比例,对复合凝胶进行凝胶化测试、流变性测试、SEM观察和3D生物打印测试。结果表明,复合凝胶具有较短的成胶时间,与软组织有相似的黏弹性,并且适合3D生物打印,具有很高的生物医学研究价值和使用价值,可以利用3D打印技术将此复合凝胶用作骨组织工程支架。
In this study,a new temperature-sensitive composite gel material was prepared by using the temperaturesensitivity of methyl cellulose and compounding modified polyethylene glycol with hyaluronic acid and mineralized collagen.The modified polyethylene glycol was used to chemically modify the N-acetylamino group on hyaluronic acid,and the structural components of the synthesized modified polyethylene glycol were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy to confirm that the product was a PEG active ester.The composition and proportion of the gel were prepared,and the gelation test,rheology,SEM observation,and 3 D bioprinting test were performed on the composite gel.The results showed that the composite gel has a short gelation time,has similar viscoelasticity to soft tissues,and is suitable for 3 D bioprinting.It has high biomedical research value and use value.
