灰关联模型在卡纸印刷质量评价中的应用研究

Application Research of Grey Relation Model for Printing Quality Evaluation on Cardboard

为了研究包装用纸的性能对印刷质量的影响,建立纸张性能指标和印刷质量指标的关系,为包装产品在选用纸张时提供参考。本研究选用未涂布白卡纸和灰底涂布白纸板两类卡纸作为研究对象,对其厚度、紧度、平滑度、白度、光泽度和不透明度等指标进行测试,采用两类纸张进行胶印并对印刷样张的阶调复制性和颜色再现性进行分析评价,利用灰色关联模型建立不同纸张性能指标与印刷密度的关系。通过分析得出,纸张的不透明度和白度对两类纸的印刷色密度影响最大。

In order to study the influence of the performance of packaging paper on the printing quality,the relationship between the paper performance and the printing quality was established to provide reference for selecting the packaging paper.In this study,uncoated white cardboard and gray-coated white cardboard were selected as the objects.And the indicators such as thickness,tightness,smoothness,whiteness,gloss and opacity were tested.Then the tone reproduction and color reproducibility of printed samples were analyzed and evaluated.At last,the grey correlation model was established to evaluate the relationship between different paper quality indicators and printing density.The analysis of the sample data showed that the opacity and whiteness of the paper have the greatest influence on the printing color density of the two types of paper.
