摘要
喷墨打印具有简单、快速、灵活、高分辨率、低成本和高效批量生产等优点,已经成为纸基微流控芯片制造中最前沿的技术之一。纸基微流控芯片是一种新型微量样品检测技术,广泛应用于实验检测、医疗诊断、环境监测和食品安全检测等方面。本研究分析了微流控检测原理、纸基特点和喷墨打印原理,探讨了喷墨打印墨水组成与要求,并分别介绍了喷墨打印应用于纸基微流控芯片在不同功能方面的最新进展,以期为喷墨打印制备纸基微流控芯片的研究提供参考。
Inkjet printing has become one of the most advanced technologies in the manufacture of microfluidic paperbased analytical devices due to its advantages of simplicity,rapidity,flexibility,high resolution,low cost and high efficiency in batch production.Microfluidic paper-based analytical devices are a new micro-sample detection technology,which is widely used in experimental detection,medical diagnosis,environmental monitoring and food safety detection.In this study,principles of microfluidic detection,paper characteristics and principles of ink-jet printing were analyzed,and the composition and requirements of ink-jet printing ink were discussed.In addition,the latest developments of different functions of microfluidic paper-based analytical devices realized by ink-jet printing were summarized to provide reference for the research of preparing microfluidic paper-based analytical devices.
