新时代中国社会治理创新的理论与实践问题研讨——第五届中国社会治理50人论坛观点综述

Discussion on the Theoretical and Practical Issues of China’s Social Governance Innovation in the New Era——Summary of the Views of the Fifth China Social Governance 50-expert Forum

为贯彻落实党的十九届四中全会精神,由中国社会治理研究会牵头主办的第五届中国社会治理50人论坛在深圳召开,近百名专家学者围绕"新时代中国特色社会治理创新",就如何推进中国社会治理现代化、建设社会治理共同体、构建基层社会治理新格局、推进中国特色社会主义先行示范区社会治理创新、数字科技与社会治理创新、城乡发展与社会治理创新、公益慈善与社会治理创新等问题展开了深入研讨,取得了丰硕成果。本文对论坛上专家们发表的重要观点进行了综述。

In order to implement the idea of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the CPC,the Fifth China Social Governance 50-expert Forum led by the Chinese Society for Social Governance was held in Shenzhen.Over 100 experts gathered together to have In-depth discussions on how to promote the modernization of social governance in China and build a social governance community,as well as build a new pattern of social governance at the grassroots level,promote social governance innovation in the pilot model of socialism with Chinese characteristics and innovation in digital technology and social governance,develop urban and rural social governance practice,analyze public welfare issues and social governance.Those discussions have yielded fruitful results.This article aims at summarizing important opinions expressed by experts at the forum.
