国际商事仲裁研究脉络与展望——基于CSSCI期刊论文的知识图谱分析

为系统性梳理中国国际商事仲裁研究进展,文章以1998—2022年223篇中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)期刊论文作为研究样本,运用CiteSpace文献计量分析工具,首先从年度发文量、研究机构与作者分布状况探讨国际商事仲裁研究总体情况,然后从关键词词频分析、聚类分析、演进脉络、突现词分析等多方面探究国际商事仲裁研究的热点和前沿。文章最后总结了文献分布、研究机构与作者、研究热点主题、关键词演变与前沿分析等信息,并从团队合作研究与仲裁人才培养、研究主题和内容、研究方法、与国际接轨这四个方面提出未来展望。

In order to systematically sort out the research progress of international commercial arbitration in China,the article takes 223 Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI)journal articles from 1998 to 2022 as the research sample.Using the CiteSpace bibliometric analysis tool,the article firstly explores the overall situation of international commercial arbitration research from the annual publication volume,research institutions and authors'distribution status,and then explores the hotspots and frontiers of international commercial arbitration research in terms of keyword word frequency analysis,cluster analysis,evolutionary lineage,and emergent word analysis.Finally,the article summarizes information on the distribution of literature,research institutions and authors,hot topics,keyword evolution and frontier analysis,and proposes future prospects in four aspects:teamwork research and arbitration talent cultivation,research topics and contents,research methods,and international convergence.
