拉索使用寿命理论上不低于20年,但很多索承式桥梁由于拉索安装不规范及缺乏科学的运营管养,造成拉索护套受损,水汽得以进入索体内部,腐蚀索体钢丝,导致拉索使用寿命降低。合理运用缠包带能有效增强拉索防护性能,从而提升拉索使用寿命。结合实际案例,介绍了2种缠包材料施工的相关技术要求和施工要点,可供类似工程参考。

Theoretically,the service life of the bridge cable shall be more than 20 years.Due to the improper cable installation and lacking of scientific operation in many cable-supported bridges,the cable sheathes are damaged,water vapor enters the cable body to corrode steel sire so that the service life of the cables is reduced.The reasonable use of tapes can enhance the protection property and improve the service life of the cable.Based on actual case,the technology ang construction requirements of 2 wrapping materials are introduced and provide reference for similar projects.
