It is popular for many people to cash in one or few of their least favorite watches when they need cash. There are four channels to cash in your watches: the pawn shop, second-hand watch shop, consignment shop, and the auction house. The pawn shop has the minimal requirement on the watch but also offer minimal price. The secondhand watch shop jumps up a notch and serves more like fun club of watch collectors, where they could exchange watches for cash or other watches. The consignment shop grows in number significantly in recent years. The last one, the auction house, is highest level for cashing in your watches only if they are rare or in collectors’ edition.
