连续蒸制对多花黄精不同龄节矿质元素的影响

Effects of Continuous Steaming on Mineral Elements of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua at different ages

摘要 目的研究连续蒸制对多花黄精不同龄节矿质元素的影响。方法采用ICP法测定K、Ca、P、Mg、Na、Fe等元素,运用LSD法、相关性分析、主成分分析进行分析与综合评价。结果一龄节中B变化最大,变异系数为54.9%;二龄节、三龄节、混合龄节中均是Fe变化最大,变异系数分别为:25.8%、24.9%、31.7%;一龄节、二龄节、三龄节中Na变化最小,变异系数均为0.4%,混合龄节中B变化最小变异系数为5.3%;相关性分析显示:存在显著正相关(P<0.05)的有B与Na;K与Mg、Ca;Ca与Fe、Mn;P与Fe、Zn;Mg与Fe、Mn、Zn;Zn与Fe、Mn;Mn与Fe。存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)的有P与Mn、Mg;Ca与Mg、P。综合得分显示一龄节连续蒸制14h后得分最高,各龄节综合得分均值排名为混合龄节(0.915)>一龄节(0.146)>三龄节(-0.161)>二龄节(-0.901)。结论多花黄精在连续蒸制后不同龄节矿质元素含量变化明显,由综合得分可初步认定多花黄精采收后选取一龄节连续蒸制14h后矿质元素综合品质最好,并对炮制后各龄节进行分级:混合龄节为一级,一龄节为二级,三龄节为三级,二龄节为四级。 Objective To study the effect of continuous steaming on the mineral elements of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua at different ages.Methods K,Ca,P,Mg,Na,Fe and other elements were determined by ICP method,and analyzed and comprehensively evaluated by LSD method,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Results B in the first-age section changed the most,and the coefficient of variation was 54.9%;Fe in the second-age section,third-year section,and mixed-age section all changed the most,with the coefficient of variation:25.8%,24.9%,and 31.7%,respectively;,the second-year-old section and the third-year-old section had the smallest change in Na,the coefficient of variation was 0.4%,and the minimum variation coefficient of B in the mixed-age section was 5.3%;correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)with B with Na;K with Mg,Ca;Ca with Fe,Mn;P with Fe,Zn;Mg with Fe,Mn,Zn;Zn with Fe,Mn;Mn with Fe.There is a very significant positive correlation(P<0.01)with P and Mn,Mg;Ca and Mg,P.The comprehensive score shows that the first age section has the highest score after being continuously steamed for 14 hours,and the average comprehensive score of each age section is ranked as mixed age section(0.915)>first age section(0.146)>third age section(-0.161)>second age section(-0.901).Conclusion The content of mineral elements in different ages of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua has changed significantly after continuous steaming.Based on the comprehensive score,it can be preliminarily determined that the first age of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was harvested and the comprehensive quality of mineral elements was the best after continuous steaming for 14 hours.Each age section is graded:mixed age section is grade 1,first age section is grade 2,third age section is grade 3,and second age section is grade 4.
