广西莪术不同部位挥发性成分的GC-MS差异性分析 被引量:2

GC-MS Differences of Volatile Components in Rhizome, Roots and Fibrous Root of Curcuma kwangsiensis

摘要 目的通过对广西莪术不同部位(根茎、块根、须根)的挥发性化学成分进行分析鉴定,进而比较其不同部位挥发性化学成分的差异性。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广西莪术挥发油,对挥发油的成分采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行分析,通过谱库检索、文献查询等方式鉴定分析化合物,采用面积归一化法得到各化合物的相对百分含量。结果广西莪术三个不同部位(根茎、块根、须根)提取的挥发油得率分别为0.6%,0.4%,4.1%,根茎和块根挥发油颜色为黄色至紫色,须根挥发油为紫色,从根茎中共鉴定63个化合物,占挥发油总量81.53%;从块根中鉴定64种化合物,占挥发油总量81.42%;从须根中共鉴定47种化合物,占挥发油总量75.48%。结论结果表明广西莪术三个不同部位所含挥发油的种类及含量具有差异性,这可为广西莪术各部位的开发研究提供基础参考依据。 Objective To analyze and identify the volatile chemical constituents in different parts of Curcuma kwangsiensis(rhizome roots,roots,and fibrous roots),and to compare the differences in volatile chemical constituents in different parts.Methods The volatile oil of Curcuma kwangsiensis was extracted by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The compounds were identified by library search and literature query.The area was normalized.The method gives the relative percentage of each compound.Results The yields of volatile oil extracted from three different parts(roots,roots,and fibrous roots)were 0.6%,0.4%,and 4.1%,and the volatile oils of rhizome roots and roots were yellow to purple.The volatile oil of Rhizophora was purple,which was identified from fibrous roots.63 compounds accounted for 81.53%of the total volatile oil;64 compounds were identified from the roots,accounting for 81.42%of the total volatile oil;47 compounds were identified from the roots,accounting for 75.48%of the total volatile oil.Conclusion The results show that there are differences in the types and contents of volatile oils contained in three different parts of Curcuma kwangsiensis,which can provide a basis for the development of various parts of Curcuma kwangsiensisi.
