摘要
目的探析针灸治疗卵巢功能障碍性不孕的选穴规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方数据学术论文总库、PubMed从建库至2019年9月,以针灸疗法治疗卵巢功能障碍性不孕的临床文献,建立数据库,进行描述分析、关联分析和聚类分析。结果纳入文献296篇,拆分处方409个。文献多发表于2000年后,整体数量呈增长趋势。纳入文献中高频使用腧穴依次为三阴交、关元、子宫、中极、足三里等13穴。关联分析结果显示规则支持度最高的穴组是三阴交-关元。聚类分析结果显示存在两大腧穴聚类群,并可进一步划分为四个基本穴对:三阴交-关元、丰隆-归来、太冲-太溪、肾俞-命门。结论针灸治疗卵巢功能障碍性不孕在临床日益受到重视。临床选穴体现近部取穴、循经取穴结合辨证配穴的传统针灸思路,治疗方式体现中西医并重的特点。
Objective To study on clinical rules for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysfunctional infertility of ovary.Methods The clinical literatures of treating dysfunctional infertility of ovary with acupuncture and moxibustion were retrieved in CNKI,VIP,WANGFANG and Pubmed since establishment to September,2019.Establish prescription database and conduct the descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis on the data.Results 296 clinical literatures and 409 prescription were retrieved.Most of the clinical literatures were published after 2000,and the number of published articles showed an increasing trend.The commonly used acupoints with high frequency include Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Guanyuan(CV 4),Zigong(EX-CA1),Zhongji(CV 3),Zusanli(ST 36),etc.There is the highest correlationship between Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Guanyuan(CV 4).The clustering analysis results consist of 2 acupoint clusters,which can be divided into 4 basal acupoint pairs:Sanyinjiao(SP 6)-Guanyuan(CV 4),Fenglong(ST 40)-Guilai(ST 29),Taichong(LR 3)-Taixi(KI 3),Shenshu(BL 23)-Mingmen(GV 4).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for dysfunctional infertility of ovary has received more attention in clinic.The thoughts of clinical acupoint selection shows an tradit onal way.The therapeutic modalities reflect the combination of TCM and Western medicine.
