基于“龙雷之火”理论刍议温补脾肾法治疗非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征

Discussion on warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney Method for Treatment of Non-obesity Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on The Theory of "Long Lei Fire"

多囊卵巢综合征是由遗传及环境等因素导致的生殖内分泌代谢性疾病,目前,治疗多侧重于肥胖患者,中医常从"祛湿""消痰""化瘀"等方面入手诊治;中医认为"龙雷之火"是产生于机体脾肾不足,阳气衰微,湿气弥漫之际的上热下寒的病理状态,基于"龙雷之火"理论,总结"水寒不藏龙、本虚不养龙"是非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的病机关键,治疗当以温补脾肾为基础,使中土得温、肾寒得化、本虚得补,龙雷之火安藏泽中达到阴平阳秘的状态,促进生殖功能恢复正常,则疾病可瘥。文章从"龙雷之火"理论出发,探讨温补脾肾法在非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征诊疗中的运用。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a reproductive endocrine and metabolic disease caused by genetic and environmental factors.At present,most of the treatments focus on obese patients,and Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners often start with diagnosis and treatment in terms of"eliminating dampness","resolving phlegm",and"removing blood stasis".Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the"Long Lei Fire"is a pathological condition that is described as upper heat and lower cold,arising from the deficiency of the spleen and kidneys of the body.In the condition,the yang is weak and the dampness is diffused.Based on the theory of"Long Lei Fire",it concludes that"Coldness and Deficiency"is the key to the pathogenesis of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome.The treatment should be based on warming the spleen and kidney so that spleen and kidney function normally,and the pathological fire is hidden in water.According patients,bodies have reached the balance of yin and yang,and their reproductive function is normal.Based on the theory of"Long Lei Fire",this article explores the application of warming the spleen and kidney method for the diagnosis and treatment of non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome.
