6种重楼属植物不同部位中9种皂苷类成分含量比较 被引量:4

Comparison of the Contents of Nine Saponins in Different Parts of Six Varieties of Paris Plants

摘要 目的比较6种重楼属植物中不同部位的9种皂苷类成分的含量,为开发新的药用部位和新药源提供依据,以充分利用重楼资源。方法分别提取六种重楼属植物的主根、须根、茎、叶、花梗、花萼中的重楼总皂苷,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS法)检测分析九种重楼皂苷的含量。结果非主根部分的样品中有15个样品的四种皂苷总含量要高于0.6%,最高可达3.49%,是药典标准的5.82倍;其中花萼和须根样品中九种皂苷含量较高。结论重楼属植物的须根和花萼部分可考虑入药或作为提取皂苷类成分的原料;除《中国药典》收载的正品重楼外,球药隔重楼和竹溪重楼也具有较高的药用价值。 Objective To compare the contents of nine saponins in different parts of the six varieties of Paris plants,in order to provide a basis for the development of new medicinal parts and sources,so as to make full use of the resources of precious Paris plants.Methods The saponins were extracted from main roots,fibrous roots,stems,leaves,peduncle and calyx of six varieties of Paris plants,and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Results The total contents of four saponins in 15 Non-main root samples more than 0.6%,up to 3.49%,which is 5.82 times as much as the Pharmacopoeia standard;the contents of saponins in fibrous roots and calyxes are high in some degree.Conclusion The fibrous roots and calyxes of Paris plants may be considered as medicine or as the raw material for extracting saponins.In addition to genuine Paris polyphylla recorded in Pharmacopoeia,the P.fargesii Franch.and Paris qiliangensis H.Li et J.Yang also have high medicinal value.
