摘要
目的建立枳壳中3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um),流动相为甲醇-水(磷酸调p H=3.0),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长320nm,进行梯度洗脱。结果,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮进样量在0.001546~0.099μg(r=0.9993)范围内线性关系良好;3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮平均回收率(n=6)为100.03%,RSD值为1.1%。结论该法简单准确、实用性好、可靠性高,适用于枳壳中3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-七甲氧基黄酮的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the quantification of 3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-heptemthoxy-flavone in fructus aurantii by HPLC.Methods Experiment conditions as follow diamonsial C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 um)column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(adjustp H to 3.0 by phosphoric acid),the flow was 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength of 320 nm,gradient elution.Results The sample amount of 3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-heptemthoxyflavone with a good linear relationship in the range of 0.001546~0.099μg(r=0.9993).The average rocoveries(n=6)was 100.03%(RSD=1.1%)for3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-heptemthoxyflavone.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,with good practicality and high reliability for the quantification of 3,5,6,7,8,3’,4’-heptemthoxyflavone in fructus aurantii.
