胃萎方治疗中青年萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Weiwei Formula in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of young and middle-aged patients

目的探讨全国名老中医验方胃萎方对中青年萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法将60例脾胃虚寒型中青年(20~59岁)萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),治疗组服用胃萎方治疗,对照组口服胃复春片治疗,疗程均为6个月,治疗前后均行电子胃镜检查及病理组织学检测。结果治疗组中医证候疗效有效为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组内镜下组织萎缩总有效率为60.0%,对照组为40.0%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肠上皮化生总有效率为73.91%,对照组为41.67%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃萎方对中青年萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Weiwei Formula which is a proved recipe of prestigious Chinese physician on chronic atrophic gastritis of young and middle-aged patients.Methods Totally 60 patients of young and middle-aged diagnosed as CAG with the type of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The treatment group was cured with Weiwei Formula while the control group was Weifuchun Tablets,both of them were treated for 6 months.All patients were conducted gastroscopic examination and pathological test both before and after the treatment.Results The effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was 93.3%,while the control group was 70.0%,significant difference was in the comparison(P<0.01);and the change rate of atrophy of the treatment group was 60.0%,while the control group was 40.0%,significant difference was in the comparison(P<0.05);the difference of the change rate of intestinal metaplasia was significant between the treatment group(73.91%)and the control group(41.67%).Conclusion Weiwei Formula has a effective effect in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of young and middle-aged patients.
