摘要
目的建立评价五味子质量的HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法。方法对不同来源的15批样品进行HPLC分析,并利用中药指纹图谱相似度评价、系统聚类分析和主成分分析等化学模式识别技术对15批五味子的质量进行评价。结果建立五味子的HPLC指纹图谱,确定16个共有峰作为特征指纹峰,不同评价分析方法得到的结果基本一致,15批药材的相似度均在0.97以上。结论该方法法准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于五味子药材的定性鉴别和质量控制。
Objective To establish fingerprint analysis method by HPLC for the quality control of Fructus Schisandra Chinensis.Methods 15 batches samples from different regions were analyzed.The similarity of chromatographic fingerprinting,hierarchical clustering analysis and principal components analysis were successfully applied to discriminate the variability of fructus Schisandrae chinensis.Results A specific HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis had been set up and 16 common peaks were designated.The results were almost the same according to different evaluation methods.The similarities of the fingerprints of fifteen samples from different producing areas were over 0.97.Conclusion The method is accurate,convenient and reproducible to identify Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis as well as quality control.
