中药热奄包治疗腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Steaming Bag in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Laparoscopic Surgery

目的通过观察中药热奄包治疗腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍证患者胃肠功能恢复的情况,评价热奄包治疗腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍的有效性。方法收集142例行腹腔镜子宫切除术,术后出现胃肠功能障碍患者,经辨证属气滞血瘀证,治疗组为中药热奄包联合伊托必利治疗的气滞血瘀证患者共71例,对照组为伊托必利治疗的气滞血瘀证患者共71例。术后治疗时间为3d,记录两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气、排便时间、术后胃肠恢复的总体疗效指标。结果治疗组在术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气排便时间方面均早于对照组;术后腹胀痛评分方面,治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论中药热奄包能缩短腹腔镜术后胃肠功能障碍患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排气排便时间,显著提高术后胃肠恢复的总体疗效,有利于改善患者术后住院舒适度。

Objective To observe the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction syndrome after laparoscopic surgery treated with Chinese traditional medicine and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 142 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic hysterectomy were collected.They belonged to Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The experimental group consisted of 71 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot steaming bag combined with itopride,and the control group consisted of 71 patients treated with itopride.The postoperative treatment time was 3 days.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of the first exhaust,the time of defecation and the overall efficacy index of postoperative gastrointestinal recovery were recorded.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds and the time of first exhaust and defecation in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group.The terms of postoperative abdominal pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine hot steaming bag shorten the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,the first postoperative exhaust and defecation time of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery,significantly improve the overall efficacy of postoperative gastrointestinal recovery,and improve the comfort of patients in hospital.
