中医辨证护理在老年性眩晕中的价值

Value of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Senile Vertigo

目的分析中医辨证护理在老年性眩晕中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2021年12月医院收治的60例老年性眩晕患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组均为30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医辨证护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组总有效率明显比对照组高,复发率比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理后功能评分、情感评分、躯体评分及总得分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分、PSQI评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论老年性眩晕中应用中医辨证护理,可促进患者病情恢复,能有效缓解患者眩晕症状,改善患者负面情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in senile vertigo.Methods 60 patients with senile vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.Each group was 30 patients.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The functional score,emotional score,physical score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The anxiety,depression and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in senile vertigo can promote the recovery of the patient’s condition,effectively relieve the vertigo symptoms and improve the negative emotions of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
