中医特色康复护理对脑中风偏瘫患者肢体功能影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing with Chinese Characteristics on Limb Function of Hemiplegic Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy

目的分析脑中风偏瘫患者中中医特色康复护理的干预效果。方法选取医院2020年1月—2022年8月收治的脑中风偏瘫者123例,回顾临床资料。将实施中医特色康复护理的62例患者作为观察组,将实施常规护理的61例患者作为对照组。观察并比较观察组和对照组的干预效果。结果观察组患者肢体功能(FMA)评分(62.85±6.54)分,对照组患者FMA评分(73.55±7.25)分,可知,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑(SAS)评分(23.16±2.18)分、抑郁(SDS)评分(25.14±2.16)分,对照组患分别为(38.46±3.26)分、(39.41±3.22)分,可知,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量(WHO-QOL)评分中生理功能(80.68±11.32)分、心理状态(84.69±14.32)分、独立性(83.54±12.30)分、社会关系(87.59±13.12)分、环境和精神/宗教/个人信仰(85.52±11.14)分,对照组患者各项WHO-QOL评分分别为(72.25±13.15)分、(69.85±10.20)分、(71.35±13.24)分、(71.85±12.16)分、(76.72±11.08)分,可知,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作满意度96.77%,对照组患者对护理工作满意度85.25%,可知,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对脑中风偏瘫患者实施中医特色康复护理,可进一步改善患者肢体功能,同时缓解患者负性心理情绪,提高生活质量,并且该护理模式易被患者接受,对疾病的快速恢复有重要意义。

Objective to analyze the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing with traditional Chinese medicine in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 123 cases of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia admitted to our hospital in the past two years(January 2020 August 2022)were selected,and the clinical data were reviewed.The 62 patients who carried out rehabilitation nursing with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics were taken as the observation group,and the 61 patients who carried out routine nursing were taken as the control group.Observe and compare the intervention effects of the observation group and the control group.Results the limb function(FMA)score of the patients in the observation group was(62.85±6.54)and the FMA score of the patients in the control group was(73.55±7.25).It can be seen that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The anxiety(SAS)score and depression(SDS)score of the patients in the observation group were(23.16±2.18)and(25.14±2.16)respectively,while those in the control group were(38.46±3.26)and(39.41±3.22),respectively.It can be seen that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);In the WHO-QOL scores of the patients in the observation group,the physiological function(80.68±11.32),psychological state(84.69±14.32),independence(83.54±12.30),social relationship(87.59±13.12),environment and spirit/religion/personal belief(85.52±11.14),and the WHO-QOL scores of the patients in the control group were(72.25±13.15),(69.85±10.20),(71.35±13.24),(71.85±12.16)(76.72±11.08)points,it can be seen that there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The patients in the observation group were 96.77%satisfied with nursing work,and the patients in the control group were 85.25%satisfied with nursing work.It can be seen that the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion through the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic rehabilitation nursing for cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients,the limb function of patients can be further improved,the negative psychological emotion of patients can be alleviated,and the quality of life can be improved.Moreover,this nursing mode is easy to be accepted by patients,which is of great significance for the rapid recovery of the disease.
