中医护理对颈椎病康复的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨对颈椎病患者应用中医护理干预对其心理状态、疼痛程度、中医证候积分、康复的影响。方法抽选于2021年4月—2022年5月医院收治的颈椎病患者98例,按随机掷币法划分组别,即对照组49例、试验组49例,分别接受普通护理干预、中医护理干预。分别于护理前后,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估心理状态;采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度,采用颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)对康复情况进行评估,评价及对比两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、中医证候积分、NDI评分。结果护理前,两组的试验组的SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、中医证候积分、DNI评分比较均无明显差异性(P>0.05);护理后,试验组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,试验组的中医证候积分明显下降(P<0.05);试验组的NDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对颈椎病患者应用中医护理干预,可明显缓解不良情绪,减轻心理负担,同时还可改善患者症状,降低疼痛程度,有利于进一步促使颈椎功能恢复,加快病情康复进度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the psychological state,pain degree,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from April 2021 to may 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random coin tossing method,namely,the control group(n=49)and the research group(n=49).They received general nursing intervention and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention respectively.Before and after nursing,the patients’psychological status was assessed by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS);The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain,and the cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)was used to evaluate the rehabilitation.The psychological status,degree of pain,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and NDI score of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and DNI score between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the NDI score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to patients with cervical spondylosis can significantly alleviate the bad mood,reduce the psychological burden,improve patients’symptoms and reduce the degree of pain,which is conducive to further promoting the recovery of cervical function and accelerating the progress of rehabilitation.It is worthy of clinical application.
