中医化瘀解毒扶正法治疗脓毒症思路探讨

中医并无脓毒症病名,根据脓毒症临床表现和演变过程,脓毒症应属于中医学“温病”“热病”等范畴,感染性休克(脓毒性休克)和多脏器功能障碍(衰竭)则属于“厥证”“脱证”等范畴。近几年脓毒症患者明显增多,治疗经验不断丰富,结合中医名家理论,总结出脓毒症基本病机多为“毒”“瘀”“虚”所致,并形成以活血化瘀、清热解毒、益气扶正为主的综合治疗思路,即化瘀解毒扶正法治疗本病,其临床疗效显著,将治疗思路分析如下,为脓毒症的中医药治疗提供新思路,同时也为中医治疗脓毒症提供新的理论依据。
