流程化护理干预联合痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗效果及依从性的影响

Effect of Process Nursing Intervention Combined with Tanreqing Injection on Treatment Effect and Compliance of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究探讨流程化护理干预联合痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗效果及依从性的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月医院收治的112例COPD患者随机电脑抽签分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组以痰热清注射液治疗结合常规护理,观察组增加流程化护理干预。评估肺通气功能、依从性、预后评分、护理满意度。结果干预后观察组第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性包括服药依从性、生活习惯依从性、坚持运动依从性、自我监护依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的呼吸困难指数(mMRC)评分、肺功能及慢阻肺评估测试(CAT)评分、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程化护理干预联合痰热清注射液对COPD患者的干预效果显著,能够改善患者的肺通气功能,提高患者的治疗干预的依从性,改善患者的预后功能评分,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of process nursing intervention combined with Tanreqing Injection on the treatment effect and compliance of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 112 patients with COPD were randomLy divided into admitted to our hospital from 2020.03—2022.03 observation,control group by computer lottery,with 56.Control group was treated with Tanreqing injection combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was increased with process nursing intervention.The pulmonary ventilation function,compliance,prognosis score and nursing satisfaction were.Results After the intervention,the observation group forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum mid expiratory flow(MMEF)and FEV1/FVC higher than control group(P<0.05).observation group,including medication compliance,living habits compliance,adherence to exercise compliance and self-monitoring compliance,was higher than(P<0.05).The scores of dyspnea index(MMRC),pulmonary function and COPD assessment test(CAT)and St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of process nursing intervention combined with Tanreqing Injection on COPD patients is significant.It can improve patients’lung ventilation function,improve patients’compliance with treatment intervention,improve patients’prognosis function score,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction.
