气测全烃值与钻井液性能响应关系模拟实验 被引量:1

The Simulation Experiment on the Response Relationship between Total Hydrocarbon Value of Gas Logging and Drilling Fluid Performance

摘要 气测录井是油气层发现和后期解释评价的重要手段,但易受到钻井液性能、钻时、排量、地层压力等因素的影响。为探究钻井液性能对气测全烃检测值的影响,自主研发了一种多因素综合影响气测录井模拟实验装置,并完成了钻井液密度、黏度对气测全烃检测值影响的模拟实验。经实验数据分析得知:气测全烃检测值随钻井液密度的增加而减小,当密度为1.05~1.30g/cm^(3)时,气测全烃检测值下降幅度较大;当密度为1.30~1.60g/cm^(3)时,气测全烃检测值的下降幅度较小。随着钻井液黏度的不断增大,气测全烃检测值有小幅抬升,当黏度达到60s时全烃检测值最大,而后随着黏度的增加而减小。在钻井液密度大于1.30g/cm^(3)之后,黏度并不是影响气测全烃检测值的主控因素。 Gas logging is an important means for discovery of oil and gas reservoirand laterinterpretation evaluation.However,it is susceptible of fluid performance,drilling time,displacement,formation pressure and other factors.In order to explore the influence of drilling fluid performance on gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value,a kind of gas logging simulation experimental device of multi-factor comprehensive influence by independent research and development,the simulation experiment of the influence of drilling fluid density and viscosity on gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value was completed.According to the analysis of experimental data,the gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value decreases with the increase of drilling fluid density.When the density is between 1.05 g/cm^(3) and 1.30 g/cm^(3),the gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value decreased significantly.When the density is 1.30 ~1.60 g/cm^(3),the decrease of gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value is tiny.With the increasing of drilling fluid viscosity,the gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value rises slightly.The maximum value is reached when the viscosity reaches 60s,then it decreases with the increase of viscosity.Viscosity is not the main factor influencing the gas logging total hydrocarbon detection value after density is greater than 1.30 g/cm^(3).
