摘要
目前,国内有些机构虽然已开展了钻井风险随钻诊断系统的研发,但均未进入现场大规模应用。井筒风险随钻监测与分析系统集风险监测与诊断于一体,主要是通过对钻井工程数据和随钻测量数据进行实时处理分析,结合建立的井筒风险评价体系,实时计算各种井筒风险的特征参数,模拟不同风险下参数的变化情况,根据对比结果,对井筒风险进行实时监测和诊断分析。在钻井过程中能有效监测、诊断钻井风险,提高钻井效率,减少钻井时间,缩短钻井周期。通过现场应用,验证了系统识别能力的可靠性和准确性。不过虽然该系统功能性得到了验证,但就风险监测和分析而言尚处于初步阶段,还需要进行大量的措施分析才能形成成熟的、可推广应用的技术。
At present,although some domestic institutions have carried out the research and development of the drilling risk diagnosis system while drilling,they have not entered the large-scale field application.Wellbore risk monitoring and analysis system while drilling integrates risk monitoring with diagnosis.Real-time pro-cessing and analysis of drilling engineering data and measurement data while drilling is made.Combined with the established wellbore risk evaluation system,characteristics parameter of various wellbore risk is calculated real-time and the changes of parameters under different risks are simulated.Real-time monitoring and diag-nostic analysis on wellbore risks are made based on the comparison results.During the drilling process,it can effectively monitor and diagnose drilling risks,improve drilling efficiency,reduce drilling time,and shorten drilling cycle.Field application verified the reliability and accuracy of the identification capabilities of the system.However,although the function of the system has been verified,it is still at the preliminary stage in terms of risk monitoring and analysis,and a large number of measures and analyses are needed to form a mature and applicable technology.
