彭州海相大斜度定向井技术难点与对策 被引量:2

摘要 彭州1井测试获得高产工业气流后,川西气田彭州海相雷口坡组地层的勘探开发成为当前工区的热点。由于前期部署的直井钻井周期普遍较长,而新一轮开发井部署主要采取大斜度定向丛式井组的施工方式,如何解决当前面临的施工难题成为区域开发的首要任务。钻井施工面临直井防碰任务重、地层可钻性差、钻头选型困难、井壁失稳风险高等难题。对此提出了相应的策略,主要包括直井段防斜提速、井眼轨迹优化设计、高效PDC钻头优选、高性能井下工具优选、井壁防塌钻井液技术等。通过以上技术的集成应用,有望提高区域钻井施工水平,为彭州海相气田开发提供有力的技术支撑。彭州区域地质条件复杂,钻井施工难度较大,还需要继续深入研究攻关。 After the high-yield industrial gas flow is obtained in Well Pengzhou 1,the exploration and development of the Pengzhou marine Leikoupo Formation in the western Sichuan gas field has become a hot spot in the area.Since the drilling cycle of the vertical wells deployed in the early stage is generally long,and highly deviated directional cluster well groups are deployed for the new round of development wells.How to solve the current difficulties has become the primary task of regional development.Much anti-collision work of the vertical well,hard-to-drill of the formations,difficulty in bit selection,and high risk of wellbore instability are facing during the drilling.Countermeasures have been proposed,including deviation preventing and speed-up of vertical well sections,wellbore trajectory optimization design,efficient PDC bit selection,high-performance downhole tool selection,wellbore anti-collapse drilling fluid technology,etc.The integrated application of the above technologies is expected to improve the level of regional drilling and provide strong technical support for the development of the Pengzhou marine gas field.Further research is needed for complex geologi-cal conditionsand hard drilling in the Pengzhou area.
