柔性消能导流桩基冲刷防护装置的正交优化设计

摘要 为了将所研发的柔性消能导流防冲刷装置用于工程实践,以埕岛油田某平台为工程背景,基于多物理场耦合分析平台ANSYS workbench的双向流固耦合数值模拟,应用正交优化设计方法,研究桩柱直径、柔性材料厚度和柔性材料弹性模量等主要设计参数对装置防护效果影响的一般规律,确定出优化的柔性桩腿冲刷防护装置设计方案。并将安装防护装置桩腿与未安装防护装置桩腿的流场计算结果进行比较分析,证明柔性消能导流防冲刷装置具有良好的防护效果。研究结果可为柔性消能导流防冲刷装置的工程应用设计提供理论依据。 To apply the scouring protection device with flexible material developed by author to engineering practice,a fixed offshore platform in Chengdao Oilfield is studied as a case.Orthogonal optimization design method is applied to research the general rules of the influence of main design parameters,such as pile diameter,thickness and elastic modulus of flexible material,on the protective effect of the device based on bidirectional fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation using ANSYS workbench platform.Then,the optimal design plan of the scouring protection device with flexible pile legis determined.Moreover,the flow field calculation results of the pile legs with/without protective devices are compared and analyzed,which proves the device has good protection effect.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application design of thescouring protection device with flexible material.
