不停机间抽井合理间抽制度研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对低产低效井井数多,举升能耗高的问题,采油厂安装不停机间抽控制装置1215套,初期运行节电率26%,为进一步挖掘节能潜力,需研究不停机间抽井合理间抽制度,以保证间抽井高效运行。结合现场生产实际情况,确定了以产量影响最小,节能效果最优,日常管理最方便为原则,开展间抽周期摸索试验。通过液面自动监控装置,摸索油井动液面变化规律,确定目标沉没度,将产量影响降至最低;利用不停机间抽控制装置电参自动记录功能,选取节能效果最优模式;同时结合电参功图计算功图充满度和控制程序自学习功能,建立了间抽制度程序模板。现场应用12口井,沉没度可维持在最低点附近,周期内动液面波动范围在16~74m,节电率达到35.08%。实现了间抽井根据功图充满度自动调整周期的目的,减少了人工摸索周期工作量,改善低产低效井供排关系,降低了系统能耗。 In view of the problems of large number and high lifting energy consumption of low production and inefficient wells in Xingbei development area,1215 sets of non-stop intermittent pumping unit are installed in No.4 Oil Production Plant.Power saving rate at initial operation is 26%.Reasonable intermittent pumping system should be studied for tapping the potential of energy saving further and ensuring efficient operation of the intermittent pumping wells.According to the actual field production,a test of probing into intermittent pumping cycle is made based on the principles of minimal influence on production rate,optimal energy-saving effect and most convenient daily management.Automatic liquid level monitor is applied to finding out the variation rule of dynamic fluid level of the oil wells and determining submergence depth of the target.And the influence on the production rate may be minimal.The best mode of energy saving may be selected by using automatic recording function of electric parameters on the non-stop intermittent pumping unit.Program module of the intermittent pumping system may be setting combined with the function of fullness degree calculation through indicator diagram and self-learning of control program.It is applied to 12 wells in the field.The submergence depth is remaining near the lowest point,the dynamic fluid level is from 16 to74 m in one cycle,and the power saving rate is up to 35.08%.The goal of automatic adjustment of intermittent pumping cycle of the non-stop intermittent pumping wells according to the fullness degree is realized.Workload of probing into the cycle may be reduced.The relationship between supply and discharge in the low production and inefficient wells is improved and the system energy consumption decreases.
