后疫情时代地方高职院校就业困境探究——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

On the Employment Dilemma of Local Higher Vocational Colleges in the Post-epidemic Era——Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example

2020年全国高校毕业生人数874万,相较于近几年逐年累增30-40万的形势,这一数值也为高教史上历史最高峰值。近年来,受到国家宏观调控政策的影响,我国下大力气进行了"三大攻坚战",从原有的劳动密集型产业和资源基础性生产逐步调整,旨在以转化经济发展方式、调整经济发展结构来为子孙谋求更大发展空间,转型的阵痛尚未祛除,"美国的贸易保护主义"、"新冠肺炎"这道"加菜"也为我国做好毕业生就业工作带来了不小冲击。在此五大困境叠加的关键期,如何从困境中破局,高质量完成好就业这一首要民生项目,成为了摆在各地方院校的头等课题。

In 2020,the number of college graduates in China will be 8.74 million,which is also the highest peak in the history of higher education compared with the situation of increasing by 300000—400000 year by year in recent years.Generally speaking,local higher vocational colleges are mainly based on city and state finance,and their schools bear the special mission of retaining young students and cultivating practical talents for the school running place.Facing the complicated environment in 2020,especially difficulties such as insufficient positions and weak employability.To solve such problems,we must focus on fostering employment entities,strengthening industry cooperation,and increasing student adaptability to increase local employment rates and help the development of the city’s economy.
