儿童龋齿影响因素及干预的研究

Influencing factors and intervention of dental caries in children

龋齿是儿童时期易患的常见慢性病,近年来,儿童龋患率不断上升,龋齿防治越来越受到人们的重视。本研究总结龋患的流行现状、影响因素及干预的实施,分析现阶段龋齿防治中存在的问题,建议从提高父母口腔健康素养、儿童口腔健康习惯养成及牙科门诊口腔护理着手深入研究,为促进儿童龋齿防治应用提供参考。

Dental caries is a common noninfectious chronic disease in children.In recent years,the incidence of dental caries in children has been rising,and dental caries prevention and treatment has received more and more attention.This study summarizes the epidemic status,influencing factors and intervention implementation of dental caries,analyzes the existing problems in dental caries prevention and treatment at this stage,and proposes to conduct an in-depth research on improving parents’oral health literacy,developing children’s oral health habits and implementing dental outpatient oral care so as to provide references for promoting dental caries prevention and treatment in children.
