口服大剂量琥乙红霉素胶囊急性中毒致横纹肌溶解一例

A case report of Rhabdomyolysis caused by a massive overdose of erythromycin ethylsuccinate capsules

回顾性分析济宁市第一人民医院急诊科收治的1例因口服大剂量琥乙红霉素胶囊而诱发横纹肌溶解症患者的临床资料并进行总结。据报道,药物所引起的横纹肌溶解症多见于他汀类血脂调节药,经检索万方医学网及中国知网数据库未查阅到单独大剂量服用琥乙红霉素胶囊致RML,该病例临床并不常见,故在诊疗工作中需高度重视,避免漏诊、误诊。本文将病例分析汇总后,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

The clinical data of a patient with rhabdomyolysis(RML)induced by oral high-dose erythromycin capsules admitted to the Emergency Department of the First People's Hospital of Jining City were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.It is reported that RML caused by drugs is commonly seen in statin-based lipid-lowering drugs.There is no report of RML caused by high-dose administration of erythromycin capsules in the Wanfang Medical Network and CNKI.This case is not common in clinical practice,so much attention should be paid to diagnosis and treatment to avoid missed misdiagnosis.The case report is as follows,in order to provide an insight for clinical treatment.
