基于文献计量学的脓毒症和肠道菌群研究现状和趋势分析

Current concepts and trends on gut microbiota in sepsis:a bibliometric analysis

摘要 目的梳理脓毒症和肠道菌群研究领域的热点和前沿趋势,为后续研究提供思路和参考。方法在Web of Science数据库检索截至2022年12月31日有关肠道菌群和脓毒症的所有文献,通过VOSviewer 1.6.18软件和R包“bibliometrix”进行统计分析。结果共纳入1105篇文献,结果显示该领域发文量逐年递增;美国、中国和英国是发文量最多国家;美国芝加哥大学是发文量最多机构;该领域初步形成了核心期刊群,但尚未形成核心作者群;Singer M,2016,JAMA是被引频次最多参考文献;高频关键词主要包括益生菌、炎症反应、菌群失调、菌群移位、粪菌移植、代谢组学、短链脂肪酸等。结论这是第一个全面总结脓毒症和肠道菌群研究领域的文献计量学分析。该领域的研究热点集中在疾病状态下的肠道菌群组成、菌群改变的机制、肠道菌群在脓毒症发生发展中的作用及机制和以微生物为靶点的治疗四个方面。 Objective To identify the hot spots and frontier trends in the field of sepsis and gut microbiota research,and to provide ideas and referencesfor subsequent studies.Methods Publications related to gut microbiota in sepsis up to December 31,2022,were searched in the Web of Science(WOS)database,using VOSviewers and the R package“bibliometrix”for this bibliometric analysis.Results A total of 1105 publications were included,and the results indicated the number of publications in this field was increasing year by year;The United States,China,and the United Kingdom were the most published countries;the University of Chicago was the most published institution;a core group of journals was initially formed in this field,but a core group of authors had not yet been formed;Singer M,2016,JAMA was the most frequently cited reference;high-frequency keywords mainly included probiotics,inflammatory response,dysbiosis,bacterial translocation,fecal microbiota transplantation,metabolomics,short-chain fatty acids,etc.Conclusions This is the first bibliometric analysis of intestinal microbiota in sepsis.The research hotspots include microbiota composition,mechanisms of flora alteration,the role and mechanisms of the gut flora in the development of sepsis,and microbially targeted therapies.
