Early identification and treatment of septic shock in children

脓毒性休克是导致儿童患者死亡的主要原因之一,由于其病因多样、病情复杂、进展迅速,增加了早期识别与处理的难度,而早期的识别和处理对于改善其病死率和预后有着重要的意义。本文简要阐述了儿童脓毒性休克早期识别与处理中的一些注意要点,以期提高临床医师对该病的诊治能力。

Septic shock is one of the main causes of death in children.Due to the diverse etiology,complex condition and rapid progress,it increases the difficulty of early identification and treatment which is significant to improve the mortality and prognosis of septic shock.Key points concluded briefly in this study could improve the ability of clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of septic shock in children.
