失血性休克急诊诊治分析与思考

Analysis and thinking on emergency diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic shock

失血性休克是急诊常见的急危重症,多种因素可以导致。具有起病急、早期识别困难、病因难以确定以及病死率高等特点。及早发现和诊断、积极复苏、多学科协助可有效降低患者病死率。其中早发现和早诊断是关键,多学科协助是核心点。本文通过回顾性分析6例失血性休克患者诊治案例,探讨如何进行早期识别、诊断以及更高效的多学科协作。

Hemorrhagic shock is a common acute and critical illness in the emergency department,which can be caused by a variety of factors and has the characteristics of acute onset,hard to identify in the early stage,difficult in determine the etiology,thus cause the high mortality.Early detection and diagnosis,active resuscitation and multidisciplinary cooperation can effectively reduce the mortality rate of patients.Among them,early identification and diagnosis are the keys,and multidisciplinary cooperation is the core.In this manuscript,6 cases of hemorrhagic shock were retrospectively analyzed to explore how to carry out early identification,diagnosis and more efficient multidisciplinary cooperation.
