紫杉醇辅助化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的护理体会

目的探究紫杉醇辅助化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的护理措施及价值。方法将2018年2月~2019年10月接受紫杉醇辅助化疗治疗的100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用针对性护理。分析两组患者通过不同护理干预的结果。结果与干预前比较,两组妇科恶性肿瘤患者干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);实验组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者接受紫杉醇辅助化疗治疗中,配合有效的护理干预,可更好地控制不良反应的发生,改善其预后。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and value of paclitaxel adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.Methods 100 patients with gynecological malignancies treated with paclitaxel adjuvant chemotherapy from February 2018~October 2019 were randomized,the control group used routine care and the experimental group used targeted care to analyze the results of patients through different care interventions in both groups.Results SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05);SAS and SDS were significantly lower than controls after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with adjuvant chemotherapy can better control the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve their prognosis.
