盐酸肾上腺素局麻后经乳晕切口进行乳腺手术治疗对病变组织的清除情况

Effect of adrenaline hydrochloride local anesthesia on the clearance of diseased tissue after breast surgery through areola incision

目的探讨分析通过盐酸肾上腺素进行局麻操作后,经乳晕切口为乳腺疾病病人进行乳腺手术治疗对清除病变组织的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月~2020年9月于我院进行治疗的60例乳腺疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用放射状切口进行乳腺手术治疗,研究组则采用经乳晕切口进行乳腺手术治疗。对比术后两组患者病变组织的清除效果、术后并发症的发生率及患者满意度。结果研究组患者的病变清除率为(96.7%),高于对照组(76.7%),P<0.05;研究组术后并发症发生率(6.7%),少于对照组(16.7%),P<0.05;研究组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在乳腺疾病病人的治疗中,经乳晕切口进行手术治疗,有利于患者病变组织的清除,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,促进患者的康复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of removing pathological tissue for patients with breast diseases through areola incision after local anesthesia with adrenaline hydrochloride.Methods 60 patients with breast diseases treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group used radial incision for breast surgery,while the study group used areola incision for breast surgery.The removal effect of pathological tissue,the incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The lesion clearance rate of the study group was 96.7%,which was higher than 76.7%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(6.7%)was lower than that in the control group(16.7%),P<0.05;The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with breast diseases,surgical treatment through areola incision is conducive to the removal of diseased tissue,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
