细胞膜涂层的仿生纳米颗粒在癌症治疗中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目的回顾细胞膜涂层的仿生纳米颗粒研究历程,并对其在癌症治疗领域中的研究进展进行综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献,对已有的细胞膜涂层的仿生纳米颗粒进行整理归纳。结果对细胞膜仿生纳米颗粒的组成、制备、表征进行总结,并依据细胞膜来源不同将其分为五类,综述其近年来的研究进展。结论细胞膜涂层的仿生纳米颗粒以其独特优势如长循环、免疫逃逸及同源靶向等,为癌症治疗提供了新思路,在药物递送、免疫调节、疫苗接种和解毒等方面具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To review the research history of biomimetic nanoparticles in cell membrane coating and to review its research progress in the field of cancer therapy.Methods Related literatures at home and abroad were reviewed to summarize the existing cell membrane coated biomimetic nanoparticles.Results The composition,preparation and characterization of cell membrane biomimetic nanoparticles were summarized,and they were divided into five categories according to the source of cell membrane.The recent research progress was reviewed.Conclusion Cell membrane coated biomimetic nanoparticles provide new ideas for cancer treatment with their unique advantages such as long circulation,immune escape and homologous targeting ability.They have broad application prospects in drug delivery,immunomodulation,vaccination and detoxification.
