摘要
目的研究水烛香蒲叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并利用波谱学方法对所得成分进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了6个苯丙素类化合物及2个其他类化合物,分别为:9-正丁基-异愈创木基丙三醇(1),9-正丁基-愈创木基丙三醇(2),1-O-对香豆酰基甘油酯(3),1,3-O-二对香豆酰基甘油酯(4),(-)-丁香脂素(5),松脂醇(6),2,3-二-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基-3-甲氧基丙醇(7),2,3-二-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)苯基-3-丁氧基丙醇(8)。结论化合物1~5,7,8为属内首分的已知化合物。
Objective To investigate the constituents from the leaves of Typha angustifolia L..Methods The constituents were isolated and purified with silica-gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column chromatography and HPLC,respectively.The chemical structures were determined by ESI-MSand NMR.Results Six phenylpropanoids and two other compounds were isolated from the leaves of Typha angustifolia as 9-n-butyl-isoguaiacylglycerol(1),9-n-butyl-guaiacylglycerol(2),1-O-p-coumaroylglycerol(3),1,3-O-di-p-coumaroylglycerol(4),(-)-syringaresinol(5),pinoresinol(6),threo-2,3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-methoxypropanol(7)and erythro-2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-butoxypropan-1-ol(8).Conclusion Compounds 1-5,7,8 are isolated from genus Typha for the first time.
