2%氯己定擦浴在ICU患者多重耐药菌感染预防中的应用研究

Application of 2% Chlorhexidine Bath in Prevention of Multidrug Resistant Bacteria Infection in ICU Patients

目的研究2%氯己定擦浴用于ICU患者多重耐药菌感染预防的价值。方法选取2019年4月—2021年3月中国人民解放军陆军特色医学中心ICU接诊患者98例,采用随机数字表法均分为2组,每组49例。研究组患者采用2%氯己定擦浴,对照组患者采用温水擦浴。统计两组多重耐药菌感染例数,记录擦浴时间和ICU住院时间,调查家属对擦浴效果的满意度。结果研究组出现多重耐药菌感染4例(8.16%),对照组出现多重耐药菌感染10例(20.41%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.160,P<0.05)。研究组患者擦浴时间和ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者采用2%氯己定擦浴,利于多重耐药菌感染的预防,ICU住院时间的缩短,家属满意度的改善,及病情的恢复,值得推广。

Objective To study the application of 2%chlorhexidine bath in prevention of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in ICU patients.Methods 98 patients in ICU of PLA Army Characteristic Medical Center from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=49)and study group(n=49)by random number table METhod.The patients in study group was treated with 2%chlorhexidine bath,the patients in control group was treated with warm water.The number of cases of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in the two groups was counted,the bath time and ICU hospitalization time were recorded,and the satisfaction of family members on the bath effect was investigated.Results There were 4 cases(8.16%)of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in the study group,10 cases(20.41%)of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.160,P<0.05).The bath time and ICU hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 2%chlorhexidine bath in ICU patients,it is beneficial to the prevention of multidrug resistant bacteria infection,ICU shorter hospital stay,Improved family satisfaction,and recovery,suggested promotion.
