模拟运行对提高员工投入度的研究

摘要 目的探讨模拟运行对提高员工投入度的影响。方法在JCI标准下,全院对胫腓骨开放性骨折、自然分娩两个病例进行模拟,并对员工的出勤及岗位描述学习理解情况进行培训考核,对两次模拟的准时出勤率、岗位描述考核平均成绩及合格率变化进行比较,并进行相关性分析。结果准时出勤率、岗位描述考核平均成绩及合格率随着模拟次数的增加呈上升趋势,且投入度各项指标与模拟运行次数显著相关(P<0.01)。结论通过两次模拟运行提高了员工自律性和自我管理能力,让其更加清楚自己的岗位职责,积极地参与至其中并更加清楚自己的角色及目标。 Objective To explore the influence of simulated operation on improving employee engagement.Methods Under JCI standard,two cases of open fracture of tibia and fibula and natural childbirth were simulated in the whole hospital,and the attendance and learning and understanding of job description of employees were trained and assessed.The changes of punctual attendance rate,average score of job description assessment and pass rate of the two simulations were compared,and the correlation analysis was carried out.Results The punctual attendance rate,the average score of job description examination and the qualified rate showed an upward trend with the increase of simulation times,and the indexes of engagement degree were significantly correlated with the simulation times(P<0.01).Conclusion Through two simulation runs,the self-discipline and self-management ability of employees are improved,so that they can be more clear about their job responsibilities,actively participate in them,and be more clear about their roles and goals.
