摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)是指女性在40岁之前出现的卵巢功能下降,随着社会经济的迅猛发展,发病率逐年上升,对女性生育能力及老年生活质量带来极大影响,本文主要对POI的治疗研究进展做一综述,为POI女性选择治疗方案提供参考。
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)refers to the decline of ovarian function in women before the age of 40.With the rapid development of society and economy,the incidence rate is increasing year by year,which is harmful to women’s fertility and quality of life in the elderly.With great influence,this article mainly reviews the research progress of POI treatment,and provides a reference for women with POI to choose treatment options.
