祛风明目汤联合雾化熏眼治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Qufengmingmu Decoction Combined with Nebulized Eyes on Treating Herpes Simplex Virus Keratitis

目的探讨祛风明目汤联合雾化熏眼治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取上海宝山区中西医结合医院眼科2019年10月—2020年10月收治的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者84例,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者采用祛风明目汤与雾化熏眼联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、视力情况。随访6个月,比较两组患者复发情况。结果观察患者总有效率高于对照组,视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风明目汤联合雾化熏眼治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者视力,降低复发风险。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qufengmingmu Decoction combined with nebulized eyes on treating herpes simplex virus keratitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with herpes simplex virus keratitis in Shanghai Baoshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random lottery method,42 cases each grpup.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and patients in the observation group were given Qufengmingmu Decoction combined with nebulized eyes.Therapeutic effect,sight were compared between the two groups.Follow-up for 6 months,incidence of recurrence between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with those of the control group,total effective rate in the observation group was higher,and sight was better(P<0.05).Follow-up for 6 months,recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufengmingmu Decoction combined with nebulized eyes have an exact clinical effect on treating herpes simplex virus keratitis,which can effectively improve the sight of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence.
